Aye yai yai or I I I?

What does “Aye Yai Yai” mean? It’s an expression of frustration, surprise, or exasperation that instead of cursing or shouting, people often say to release a bit of steam while adding a humorous tone to their troubles.

[definition stolen from https://grammergrove.com/aye-yai-yai/]

You can read more about its origins at   https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/52790/where-did-phrase-aye-yai-yai-come.

But it can also sound the same as saying I I I, right?  And what does that stand for?

It starts with a t-shirt that niece Ellen bought for her mother Auntie Ann that says "I Don't Care"

That's actually the second I.  It is to be preceeded with "I Don't Know" and followed with "I Don't Give a ****" (either F**K or S**T works here).

Sometimes I say Aye Yai Yai when someone is complaining to me, but I really mean I I I.
